Two simple rules. The dried range posts to your door across WA. The fresh range is local pickup in Busselton.
Shipped WA-wide
Biltong, droewors, jerky and snack sticks are vacuum-sealed fresh and posted to your door anywhere in Western Australia. Flat-rate shipping, and it is free once your order tips over $80.
Local Pickup, Busselton
Steaks, boerewors coils and braai packs are reserved online and collected from the shop. Fresh meat does not post well, so keeping it local is how we make sure it reaches you at its absolute best.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before midday are usually packed and lodged the same business day. Metro Perth typically lands in two to three business days, regional WA a little longer depending on your town. You will get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Reserving fresh for pickup
Choose your fresh cuts, reserve online, and we will have them cut and ready at the shop. We will message you when your order is ready to collect. Bring your order confirmation and we will sort you out.
Keeping it fresh
Dried products are shelf-stable and travel beautifully. Once opened, reseal and keep them somewhere cool and dry. Fresh cuts should go straight into the fridge on the day you collect, or the freezer if you are saving them for the weekend braai.
